Rapid Switching of Run/Stop

Description

A rapid continuous toggling of the Run/Stop switch will result in the P2CDS-622 CPU going into Watchdog error mode.

A power cycle is required to recover.

Avoid rapid successive toggling of the Run/Stop switch.

This issue will not be resolved.
